Every LYX series RC bait boat passes a 9-step manufacturing and QC workflow at our Shenzhen factory before export.
Incoming ABS hull materials are inspected for thickness uniformity, color consistency and structural integrity. Only certified ABS batches are approved for RC bait boat production.
GPS modules, sonar boards, motors and PCBs are assembled in a static-protected area. Each electronic component is traceable by batch number for quality control.
Each RC bait boat is paired with its dedicated remote controller to ensure frequency accuracy and interference-free operation on large lakes.
Dual hopper release mechanisms are tested for smooth operation, accurate bait drop and reliable servo response under load.
Every hull seal, hatch cover and antenna base is checked for waterproof integrity. Boats are tested in water to verify no leakage before the drying and packaging stage.
Rechargeable batteries and chargers are tested for charging efficiency, voltage stability and safety protection before being packed with the boat.
GPS waypoint accuracy and sonar fish detection are verified in open-water simulation. Only boats with stable signal and accurate readings pass to the next stage.
Boats are placed in protective foam cartons with remote controller, battery, charger and spare propellers. Export cartons are reinforced for overseas shipping to prevent transit damage.
For OEM orders, logo printing, custom boat colors and retail packaging are completed after QC approval and before final carton sealing.
