Pre-Shipment Quality Control for Every Bait Boat
Every RC bait boat undergoes a 7-point QC check before leaving our Shenzhen factory. This ensures consistent performance for overseas buyers and distributors.
Waterproof Test
Each hull is checked for seal integrity at the hatch cover, antenna base and hull joint. The boat is placed in water and observed for 3 minutes to confirm zero leakage. This is critical for waterproof bait boat performance in real fishing conditions.
Remote Control Test
Every remote controller is tested for range, steering response, throttle accuracy and hopper release buttons. Frequency pairing is verified to prevent cross-interference when multiple boats operate on the same lake.
Hopper Release Test
Dual hopper servos are activated multiple times to confirm smooth, complete bait release. This test ensures the dual hopper bait boat delivers bait accurately without jamming.
Battery & Charger Test
Rechargeable LiPo batteries are charged and discharged once to verify capacity and charging safety. Chargers are tested for correct voltage output and automatic power-off protection.
GPS Function Test
On GPS bait boats, waypoint accuracy is tested by comparing recorded coordinates with actual positions. Auto-return-to-home distance and heading accuracy are verified before shipment.
Sonar Function Test
On fish finder bait boats, sonar depth readings are compared with manual measurements in a test tank. Fish alarm sensitivity is adjusted to avoid false alarms while ensuring real fish detection.
